At my shop, I strive to provide the best 3D designs and products, ensuring that you get exactly what you expect. However, I understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how I handle refunds and returns:
Custom 3D Designs
Since all my 3D designs are custom-made to your specifications, I don’t accept returns on these items. I work closely with you to make sure I understand your needs and preferences before I begin designing. If there’s an issue with the final design that doesn’t align with what we discussed, please reach out to me within 7 days of receiving your files. I’ll do everything I can to make adjustments and ensure you’re happy with the result.
Printable(s) Products
All File Shop products consist of digital files, and as such, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once the files are delivered, I am unable to accept returns or process refunds for these digital products. However, if you experience any issues with the files, such as errors or problems that prevent you from using them, please contact me within 7 days of purchase. I’ll be happy to assist with troubleshooting or offer a revised version if necessary.
How to Initiate a Refund or Return
If you would like to request assistance or need help with a purchase, please contact me directly through the Contact Page. Provide your order details, and let me know what issue you’re experiencing. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible and work to resolve the matter.
Refund Processing
For issues that qualify for a refund, I will process the refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days once your request is confirmed.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not applicable to digital files, but if there’s a problem with the product, I will work with you to resolve it promptly, whether through file revisions or troubleshooting.
